With background in corporate communications and agency management including experience as a partner of the largest PR agency in Philadelphia and top 25 in the nation, Tony DeFazio decided to strike out on his own. Starting in his apartment, he bootstrapped the business, growing it organically 100% over four years through the Great Recession. In response to expanding needs of clients, he merged the business with a full-service agency to add advertising and creative services to his client offering. After an earnout provision, he took the business independent again in Spring 2017.
